We shall discuss the dehydration cure in this article and the things you need to know about water and its components. Determining the amount of water you must drink in a day is dependent on the following factors such as:

1. Your health
2. Your activities
3. Your living place

Water is considered the universal solvent and the body is principally and mainly composed of this. Sixty percent of our weight is water. All our body systems are dependent with this for it has the following functions:

1. It gives a moist feeling and environment in our throat, ear, and nose.
2. It carries, transport, and absorb nutrients to our cells, to tissues, organs, and systems.
3. It flushes out bad toxins out of our body organs.

If you do not have enough liquid inside the body, the consequence is dehydration. The latter is the condition which is the result if the body does not have water to perform its functions. Part of dehydration cure is to know why we lose this liquid. Below are the activities in which we lose water: Breath, Bowel Movements, Urine, and Perspiration. It is then very important to drink enough water a day, and the standard is eight to ten glasses. Our body cannot perform its daily tasks without the proper supply of it. You can also consume it through watery foods found in fruits, vegetables, and the like.

Mild hydration can make your feel tired because you lose the energy needed in a day. What are its signs and symptoms? We have here fatigue, headache, mild thirst, excessive thirst, little urination, dry mouth, no urination, weakness in muscles, and dizziness. If it becomes severe, it can cause death. Prevention is always better than cure; as you grow older, you tend to have less signs and symptoms of dehydration, so it is then important to consult your doctor to understand your body needs.
